The cottage
Come discover our 250 m² character cottage, located in the heart of the Vendée countryside, designed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with friends or family. This renovated barn is perfect for groups of 15 to 18 people.
The cottage is composed as follows :
- A superb 50 m² kitchen for spending time together. - Two master bedrooms of approximately 15 m² each with a 160 cm bed, one of which has its own bathroom and toilet. - Two bathrooms + two separate toilets on the ground floor. - Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, two with a 90 cm bed + a 140 cm bed, the third with two 90 cm bunk beds (sleeps 4), and the last with a bunk bed + a 140 cm bed (sleeps 4). There are also two bathrooms + two separate toilets. With its six bedrooms and four bathrooms, group living is very comfortable.
A beautiful space
A welcoming space, ideal for 18 people.
You'll find a magnificent, tastefully renovated 50 m² kitchen, as well as an outdoor space with a terrace of over 100 m² under a pergola, featuring a ping-pong table for the more athletic.

L'Oda is located in the heart of the Vendée countryside, between two dynamic towns (Aizenay and Poiré Sur Vie), in an exceptional green setting!
The surroundings
Located just 30 minutes from the beaches of St Gilles Croix de Vie or Les Sables d'Olonne and 3/4 hour from Puy du Fou, you can fully enjoy our beautiful Vendée region!

"We spent a pleasant weekend with friends in this large house in Poiré-sur-Vie. Very well-equipped, you'll find everything you need. Modern and tastefully decorated, we easily accommodated 16 people, and there was even room left. The host was very pleasant upon arrival; we recommend it without hesitation."
